Oh also I did the partial heterochromia differently than it's shown in the trait sheet, but if you'd rather it be central heterochromia than sectoral feel free to change it.

Hierarchy and roles
Most avilope flocks do not have a strict hierarchy. Instead, each avilope within a flock chooses a a role early in life. They will study and practice this role from when they choose it until the leader of the flock deems them adequately skilled, at which point they will officially be considered an adult. Typically the individual is allowed to choose their role at just before the start of adolescence, though in some smaller flocks or when resources are scarce a pup's role may be chosen for them.
